ISCALE MERCH GUIDE 02
How to install iScaleMerch: free Chrome extension for Merch research
Install iScaleMerch from the Chrome Web Store, open Amazon Merch research pages, and confirm scanner overlays. Free, no account required.

Install from the Chrome Web Store
Open the iScaleMerch listing on the Chrome Web Store and add the extension. You do not need an iScaleLabs account to install or start researching.
After install, refresh Amazon pages so the content script can attach. Success looks like research overlays and extension UI on the shopping contexts you use for Merch research.
- Add iScaleMerch from the Chrome Web Store
- Refresh Amazon tabs you use for research
- Confirm scanner overlays and Niche Finder before heavy scanning
First checks after install
Open a search results or product page relevant to Merch. Confirm BSR, first-available date, ASIN, brand, and price overlays appear where the scanner is designed to work.
Open Niche Finder and run a small phrase check so you know Amazon suggestion and result-count research is live. Set export preferences once so CSV files match how you already organize niches.
Privacy expectations
iScaleMerch is free with no account wall for the product loop described here. Research data stays on your machine. The Chrome Web Store listing and in-extension surfaces are the source of truth for permissions.
