How do I install an iScaleLabs extension?
Each app has its own install flow documented on its page (see Apps). For extensions currently in early access, request a zip via the install link on the app page. Once we publish to the Chrome Web Store, that'll become a one-click install.
Why do I have to sign in with iScaleLabs?
One account covers all iScaleLabs tools. The extension and the web dashboards both use the same iScaleLabs sign-in (powered by Clerk) so we know you're a community member without each tool maintaining its own users database.
What data do you collect?
Short version: your email (for sign-in, via Clerk), plus whatever product data the tool you're using ingests (e.g. Pinterest pin metrics for Pintwist). Product data is keyed by a random install ID, not your identity. We never sell, share, or fingerprint. See the full Privacy Policy for specifics.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email contact@iscalelabs.com from your account email with "Delete my account" in the subject. We remove account data within 30 days. Anonymous product data you've contributed stays in the aggregate dataset since it's not linked to you on our side — you can rotate your install ID by uninstalling and reinstalling the extension.
Something's broken. What do I do?
Email us with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened — a screenshot helps. If it's an extension issue, include which app and which browser.
