Terms of Service

By creating an iScaleLabs account, installing one of our browser extensions, or using any iScaleLabs tool, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

If you use iScaleLabs on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

iScaleLabs is operated by Pix on Demand LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as iScaleLabs ("iScaleLabs", "we", "us", "our"). We provide a community, educational resources, and AI-built research tools for people in the print-on-demand space. References to "the Service" mean iscalelabs.com, the community area, our browser extensions, and related tools.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Accounts are provided via our authentication partner Clerk.
• You can delete your account at any time — email contact@iscalelabs.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — legitimate print-on-demand research and community participation. You will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our tools (beyond what applicable law expressly permits)
• Scrape or bulk-extract data from the community, our public site, or other members' content
• Use our tools or APIs to send spam, host illegal content, or harm third parties
• Misrepresent your identity or create accounts for others without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service or aggregated data we expose via our tools without written permission
• Use our tools in ways that violate the Terms of Service of the third-party platforms they interact with (Pinterest, Etsy, Amazon, and others)

When you use an iScaleLabs tool that collects product data (e.g., Pintwist aggregating Pinterest pin metrics), you grant iScaleLabs a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, aggregate, analyze, and display that data as part of the Service.

This license exists strictly to operate and improve iScaleLabs tools. It does not grant us the right to sell, transfer, or share your contributions with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Product data is collected under a random install ID (see our Privacy Policy), not your personal identity. The license above covers the aggregate dataset — never your identity.

Anything you create using iScaleLabs tools — designs, research notes, watchlists, custom reports, etc. — remains entirely yours. We claim no intellectual-property interest in your work product.

iScaleLabs tools interact with third-party platforms (Pinterest, Etsy, Amazon, and others). iScaleLabs is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms.

You are responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform you use alongside our tools.

The Service, including code, design, content, and aggregated insights, is owned by iScaleLabs or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Beyond that, we reserve all rights.

iScaleLabs, Pintwist, iScale Etsy, iScale Merch, and related names are trademarks of Pix on Demand LLC doing business as iScaleLabs.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trend signals, niche analyses, or any other insights generated by the tools will be accurate. Research tools are aids, not guarantees. Decisions you make based on them — including business, financial, or purchasing decisions — are your responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iScaleLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold iScaleLabs, its owners, officers, and members harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access for any reason, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (licenses you grant, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app and/or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protections, this clause does not override those protections.

Before filing any formal claim, please email contact@iscalelabs.com with a description of the issue. We'll try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and iScaleLabs regarding the Service.
